Relay Recorder (Self-Hosted), 4.4.3 , is also having trouble in Mac OS X 10.10.5, similar to Jing and Camtasia 2? Will there be a fix?

It seems like OS X 10.10.5 update broke  the Techsmith Screen Recording Code in multiple products. Today is our first day of the semester and a few Professors are not very pleased. I see there is an update for Camtasia 2, will Techsmith be updating Relay Self-Hosted 4.4.3 or are those users going to be forgotten?

At this time, we do not plan on issuing a fix for Relay 4.x, as we are planning to end support for that product. You may be eligible for a free or discounted upgrade to TechSmith Relay 5, but without your account information, we can’t determine that.  Please contact me at w.pelowski@techsmith.com with your organization and contact information and we’ll be happy to do everything we can to get your team back up and running.

The upgrade to 5.0.4 fixed the issue. The new upload feature works well too.
