Relay can't see USB microphone!

I have a user who is unable to use his headset microphone with Camtasia Relay 3. He is running XP, Powerpoint 2007. I did a remote control session with him and the system is fully aware of the headset/mic, and it works in other applications. Relay can't see it, whether via the relay application or the powerpoint plugin.

I've tested an identical model on my system as well as two others with no issues.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I was able to find another system here that's running XP and it too is unable to see this headset via Relay, despite the device being available to any other application I tried. I tried on both Relay 3 & 4 plugins since it could access my development environment.

THe model iss Plantronics C210-M. I can't find any drivers, and even XP detects it as the proper model, etc.

I guess this probably makes this a case for Tech Support, but I'm open to suggestions. I have like 30 of these headsets..fortunately far fewer XP systems - One in a thousand probably.
