Remove Date & Time Stamp

I would like to know how to remove the date/time stamp from my images when I paste them.

Hello Mike,

It's a guess, but I wonder if somehow the captioning was turned on under the Effects option. Here's a video showing how this might be: http://screencast.com/t/PUTz9xyUvPl

If I'm off base, can you describe a little more about what version of Snagit you are using and the way you obtain the capture?

So I found that suddenly about a week ago, I noticed the date/time stamp on my screen captures. Your simple video was perfect! I solved the issue in minutes. Thank you Mike.
