No pun intended but could you expand on this idea please?  I don't' quite understand what you mean.  Probably my bad.

My idea is very simple. You have a one click button that floats at the top of the computer screen and a capture window that you can open to select capture options. In both cases, these windows are not resizable which causes problems reading the information in the Windows. My suggestion is that the user should be able to resize both of these windows freely. In the case of the one click window, the user should be able to make the window is wise and would like an window would stay that with even when the window rolls up to hide. In the case of the capture window user should be able to resize the window to the size they prefer at any time in the system should remember the size when the windows open again. These suggestions are simple user interface improvements.

By the way,  if you are able,  I would like to discuss improvements to the  presets  user interface .

Specifically,  I would like to have  several  preset groups  which I could choose from  de depending on the document I was working.  in this case  I could  for my images based on the project that I was working.  for example when I'm working on a reference manual  I would want all the images to be stored in the reference manual images directory , when I work on the programmer's mail  I would like all the images to be stored in the programmer's images folder.   the idea here is to create a group of presets  specific to a particular task that I am working. Rather than  constantly change the presets  based on the project I could  recent group.  this may sound complicated to you but it really is not.   I am a software developer and I  do these things all the time.

Nice idea.  I like it a lot, esp the ability to have a different target folder for each preset.  Gets my vote.
