Hello Allen,
In 11, we moved the percentage into a drop down. Do you have the Lock proportions option checked? Here's a screenshot from Image > Resize Image http://www.screencast.com/t/dwx9hOMqBhp

Or, might you be talking about the Image Conversion (batch conversion) tool?

Sincerely,
Mike Curtis

I quess I need to convert pixels to inches and that should do it, I would say the print plcase is a bit confusing, i thought that is more of an output of an image not necessaryly an viewing of an image.....tks for being so quick....

Hello,
We released an update to Snagit, Release 11.0.1 and now Snagit remembers the last units you selected in the Resize dialog box. We also fixed a bug where the custom Resize option in the Batch Conversion tool wasn't working.

In Snagit, select Help > Check for Upgrade and you will be prompted to download the free maintenance release.

Please let us know if you have any additional ideas or feedback.
Thank you,
Tiffany

Hi,

Is there a way to have it NOT remember the last image size. I like it the way it was before where it shows the Pixel Dimensions of the image I am editing, not the one I last edited.

Also, It seems to default to 320x200 pixels on every ne resize, nit the last image saved.

I think Techsmith may have fixed something that wasn't broken... I have version 11.0.1

Thx,

Alan

I just got the new 11.1 today hoping it would remember my conversion filters but it doesnt. For people that do alot of conversions like me this is a must. Why cant there be a ck box to remember filters or not remember them so we all can be happy?

I am having the same problem.

It always defaults to the 320x200, regardless of what the actual size of the original is. Then, when I apply a change to the DPI, the image skews. No matter what I do, I cannot get SnagIt to change the DPI while keeping the image scaled proportionately.

And since the option to save an image in a specific resolution was removed from the Profiles list in the main program screen, I now have NO WAY of transitioning an image to a higher resolution.

PLEASE HELP!

I tried to call your offices at just after 6 PM this evening (your time). Your website indicates that you are supposed to be open until 7 PM EST, but the "out of office" voice mail auto attendant was already answering.
