The Roboto font looks strange in this program compared to when I use Adobe. The Roboto Regular is three times thicker. I need the font to look the way it should because I have corporate branding guidelines to follow. Is there any way to fix this in the next update?

Is it possible that your corporate branding is using the Roboto "Thin" font?
The reason I ask is I exported Roboto regular from Photoshop and imported it into Camtasia.
The regular font seems to match to me.

When producing the same text with the thin font. The fonts does indeed look three times thinner.
I also noted that the thin font is not available in the Camtasia text window.

I couldn't tell you if Camtasia is incapable of using the thin font or not?

For what it's worth here's my screenshot/example.

If it turns out your corporate branding does use the thin font. I'm not sure if you can resolve this through Camtasia or not?
This question would probably be best answered by TechSmith.

Regards, Joe
