Rounded Corner option for screen captures (Snagit MAC)

Haven't seen any mentions of this that aren't years old, so trying again.

For the Mac version of Snagit it would HUGELY useful to allow for rounded rectangles in captures; especially for the OBJECT or WINDOW captures because they have rounded corners on Macs, and it results in ugly black triangles in the corners of the captures.

I own and use several other capture utilities in addition to Snagit, and they ALL have this capability.

I'd prefer Snagits robust feature set and usability to any of them, but this one glaring standard capability that is missing in Snagit is preventing me.

And I can't image - certainly for the Mac version - that this isn't an issue for a LOT of the user base.

A note on the black triangles in corners of Mac captures (aka, "dirty corners")...while we haven't yet found a viable solution for Snagit to capture the rounded corners of a window without getting any extraneous pixels, there is a new workaround that may be helpful to you here. In Snagit 2019 we introduced an integration with MacOS Grab functionality. So you can capture using Grab and have the capture sent to Snagit for editing. Since Grab is part of the OS, it is able to do some things under the hood that are not available to Snagit capture clean window corners.

Here are the steps:
