RPNOW Mac Instructions

I am doing a remote proctored exam for my online school and the video for the mac instructions will not load and just says, "We're sorry, but we are unable to connect to this content. Please try refreshing the page or click here for more help"
i clicked on it but was not very helpful and also says to contact the owner of the content but im not sure how to do that either.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble viewing content on Screencast.com. Are you able to email or otherwise contact the person who uploaded the video? There might be something they need to correct on their end. You can also try viewing it in another browser, as certain browsers may not support all types of video files. Be sure to include a link to the content so that we can investigate what might be going on. I can't guarantee we can solve the issue as it might be something wrong with the content itself, but we should be able to pin down what's going on.
