Save cursor effects in Camtasia 9

Hey.
I add cursor effects to the video. Right-click and left-click.
Tell me please. Can I save the created effects? I have to open the old projects copy effect and insert it into a new one. Large projects open long. I'm losing time.
Maybe I can save the created effects like that?
Thank you.

No you cannot,

You can however select a small portion of a video with the cursor effect applied to it."A frame or 2 is all you need"
Right Click, Save it to the Library.Name it accordingly.

Drag it to the timeline in future projects.Copy and paste the effect from that clip. Delete it when done.

Thank you, gentlemen.
I already tried to save a fragment of the video to the library. The size was too big.
Now I made a small piece with a small resolution. Added effects and saved. Everything worked out.
Thanks to your hint.

Yours faithfully, Eugeny.
