Scorm file not tracking in SCORM cloud

I am producing my MP4s using SCORM 1.2 with a quiz at the end. For some reason, my quiz score will record but it won't record the completion status. Even after I have viewed the entire MP4. Has anyone else had this happen?

What LMS are you using your SCORM package with?  What percentage watched value did you set your SCORM package to get a "completed" status?

Yes!  We are experiencing this issue now with SCORM 1.2 with a final quiz that will not track as completed in the LMS even if you get 100% on the quiz (and the passing grade is 80%). 

Our LMS is Cornerstone on Demand and we are using Camtasia 2019.  I have a support ticket logged currently with Techsmith, but apparently everything works when tested in SCORM Cloud - just not in our LMS.  We now have 2 courses experiencing this issue.

I just had this problem too. I'm using Brainier LMS. It turns out that I'd used a "short answer" quiz question which really doesn't work as a question because there's no way to score it. Anyway, it was keeping me from hitting 80% correct apparently. Once I changed the question to fill in the blank, I got a Completion message.
