Hi Joe,
In this box of the camtasia it appears that the score is enabled.

But when I go to the files directory, there is no scorm folder.
I've even tried uploading to moodle, but it was unsuccessful.

I stand to be corrected on this, but I believe you never see a SCORM folder.

I believe what you need is found in this zip file:

Hi Rick, I looked inside this zip file and it only contains what it contains in the directory folder, is the same files.
Even so, I tried uploading this zip file in moodle. but did not work, moodle did not recognize.
So, therefore, I suppose there is no scorm in this publication.
What could be going wrong?

Here is how I understand it. I believe that dialog is being shown because you have a quiz, or a TOC, or hotspots in the project. You chose to produce to MP4 only. And when you do that, Camtasia only spits out an MP4 file when it's finished. You don't get the associated items that support the features mentioned.

So can this be what's causing SCORM to fail?

Which file should I choose best? Because I have no questionnaire, summary or access points.

This video shows (there is no audio) the settings I use to export SCORM from Camtasia 2019.  Can you confirm you have successfully gotten other SCORM packages working in your version of Moodle?  Because it could be an issue with Moodle.

If you can provide any more context / screenshots / video of what Moodle is doing when you upload a Camtasia SCORM package that would be great.

Thanks,
Ben

Hi, Ben.
Your video showed exactly what I do in Camtasia 2019. This zip file is also generated.
However moodle does not recognize.
See what happened to me now, maybe my version of moodle is outdated of the version of scorm that the camtasia is creating ...

If you can find out what your version of Moodle's SCORM support is and let me know that would help.

Can you try uploading one of these test SCORM packages and see if they work?
