Screen Captures in Excel 2016 for popup and screentips

I know I have to use the Jing hot key I have created for screen tips that appear when the mouse pointer hovers over and object.  In Excel 2016 when a chart is selected there are three options that pop up to the right of the chart, Elements, Styles, and Filters.  I'm trying to do a screen shot with the Filter command selected.  When I use my hot key, the selection jumps to the top option, Elements, instead of leaving the Filter option open for meet to take a capture of.  Anyone know of a solution?

Hi Angie - have you tried changing your hotkey to a couple of different things to see if that makes a difference? Maybe your current hotkey or hotkey combination also navigates that Excel menu.

You were totally correct on this. I can't start my hot key with Ctrl. Thank you.
