Screen recording solution with API

Hi :) !
I am part of the development team for a remote access solution. We are currently looking for a screen recording solution to be installed on a terminal server. A user connects to the terminal server and is using our application. I installed both snagit and camstudio's free trials, but still do have a few questions about the ability to integrate them into my product.
- Is there an API / command line calls available to start/stop recordings?
- Is it possible to record all of the activity if the users has several monitors?
- Is there an option to stream the ongoing recording to a remote machine?(perhaps the question is not really related to the product)
Many thanks in advance!

Hi yasserdead1,

Snagit has a COM server that you could potentially wrap with some scripting to do what you want. It should be able to record more than one screen. There is no option to stream the video.

You can find more information about the COM Server and some code samples here:

If you need any more help, you'd be better served in this case by contacting our Technical Support. You can find them at https://support.techsmith.com
