Screencast Capture not recording

When I go to record, I get a message saying "Recording Failed. An unknown issue occurred." I don't know how to remedy this issue- has anyone dealt with this?

Hello!

So sorry you're running into trouble with Capture. Could you provide a couple more details to help us troubleshoot?

1. Your operating system, and version (i.e. MacOS 10.11, or Windows 10 build 1903)
2. The version of the app you're using (should be something like 1.x.x in the About menu)
