Screencast.com Audio Options Defaults To NO Audio?

Users upload their projects to Screencast.com only to find the clips are silent (no audio). Upon trying a second time, one discovers that the Encode Audio checkbox is UNCHECKED. So the user has to upload all over again, remembering to check the box to prevent the issue. It's a needless waste of time; the preference (most users would prefer ON, I'd venture) should be remembered for future use.

Hi,
Has this recently just started happening to you?

That option is checked by default so I am not sure how it would have become "undone".

Once you checked that option, does it now stay checked for subsequent productions.

Thanks Kelly. I should have added I don't remember this being a problem in the past. I just re-checked and it is NOT remembering this preference at this time.
