Screencast new version is not working well

Redesign is not good, sooo gray...You deleted the function to move videos among folders. We do not have any option. This version is not friendly. Passwords are not working, Reports show "yesterday"or "2 days ago" rather the data, this take me more time looking for a calendar to know what day is "yesterday". How can I go back to old version?

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear the redesign is not working out as well for you.

The way to move content changed slightly with the library redesign, but it is still possible to move content to different folders. There is a help article that should help you out in this regard. There is also a Move Content button that appears when items are selected: http://www.screencast.com/t/w731AvJBm4

As for passwords not working, are you referring to passwords on folders? Our support staff may be able to help you out if you submit a ticket here: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=48183

Unfortunately there isn't a way to go back to the old version of the library. If you have suggestions or specific things you'd like to see changed feel free to post them on this site.

Thank You Paul for your answer...Now I got it, the clue is to select a video to show the icon. I did it and worked. Thanks a lot.... About the password, yes, it is the password created in the folder to send to my students. When they receive the email and click to the link, it shows up a screen to enter the password, when they copy and paste or typing (either one) the password,  the system shows a message ïncorrect password".  I was working with a guy  (support/ specialist) for more one month and he insists that everything is ok. But it is not.
