Our systems powering Screencast.com are currently experiencing intermittent outages. That means you may experience problems logging in, viewing content, uploading content, or otherwise interacting with the Screencast.com website. Additionally, Screencast-related functionality in Camtasia, Snagit, Jing, ScreenChomp and our other products are affected at this time.

We are all hands on deck investigating the outage and will continue to post updates as new information is available. Thanks for your patience as we work to get Screencast.com back online as soon as possible.

UPDATE 6:07PM EST - all services are restored. We're continuing to keep an eye on the health of the system.

I can't access the site, I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.screencast.com".

Thanks!

Thanks for the update! Happening to me too. No cause or change to settings. Just started happening a few minutes ago. No issues connecting to internet using other apps. We use this a lot at my company so this has a high impact.
