Screencast unable to process

Yesterday and now I get this message when uploading video to Screencast. "Screencast.com was unable to process your request. Please try again later." This message comes in the very ending of process - and then I have waited a long time wathcing the uploas process. kjell.meek@aof.no

Hello Kjell,

Are you still having Screencast.com problems? Screencast.com seems to be up and running okay, so I'm thinking it would be best if you'd be willing to contact our Tech Support team. They can run some diagnostics with you. I'm wondering if there is some kind of firewall or security issue.

Sorry for the trouble. If you produce the video locally, can you manually upload it to Screencast.com? While not as convenient, it might be a good workaround for the moment.
