Screenshots Faded in Mac

I often take screenshots through snagit, export to PNG, and will place the image in the body of an e-mail (Via Outlook) and send them to my co-workers.

Whenever I do this, the image is always clear on my end when I export them from SnagIt and place them in the e-mail however when someone receives the email, the image appears faded.

I have tested this by taking screenshots through Mac's natural capture and images appear unfaded. It is only images through SnagIt that appear this way.

OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.1
SnagIt Version 3.3.4
Microsoft Outlook for Mac Version 15.16

It sounds like you're running into problems caused by some changes Apple made to images in 10.13. We have an older thread about this you can read, and we did a lot of careful updating to minimize the number of people who would suffer from this.

More importantly we have a tool which should help you out:
Support: High Sierra 10.13 causes .snagproj's to be washed out

The tool is fro Snagit Mac 3 or Snagit Mac 4 images, but keep in mind that Snagit Mac 3 is not supported on High Sierra, and Snagit Mac 4 will not be supported on the next major release of macOS. Snagit 2018 is the current, supported version and if you own a prior version you qualify for an upgrade discount.
