Scrolling Capture Issue Requiring Registration

I've just renewed my Maintenance Agreement and Scrolling Capture doesn't work now.  It creates an error that say:  unable to complete scrolling capture - learn how to troubleshoot scrolling captures.  When you click the OK button, it takes me to the registration page.  I'm already registered.  Any help appreciated, please.

I had the problem of the scrolling capture wasn't capturing everything in my Jenkins job. I was using IE 11, but switching over to Chrome resolved my issue.
