I need to get a scrolling screenshot of my screen, however I need to have the URL and taskbar at the bottom showing. Currently the scrolling screenshot cuts both of these off. Is it possible to get everything and scrolling?

I'm using Version 2018.1.0 (64 Bit) (Build 775) - Jan 25 2018.

You can take a full screen capture first.
Then cut and paste the bottom/URL and Taskbar onto the scrolled capture.

If you use the panoramic scroll it can be done.

First your taskbar must be set to Not be hidden.

For example to capture the full browser that is full screen with the URL and the taskbar at the bottom

Select Panoramic Scroll in Snagit and click on your screen once to select the full browser.
BEFORE you start the scroll capture, Drag the capture selection area bottom down to include the taskbar.

Do your panoramic scroll and all should be included.

Cool, it used to be.
If you included a still element, it got repeated/placed/copied several times throughout the entire capture.

I'd like to know how you get a URL to display at the bottom of the screen with the taskbar.

Copy and paste using whatever floats your boat. Style wise that is, you're only limited by your imagination {:>)

Or paste text.
