Hello TS team. Just an observation - just upgraded to V 11 from pre-v9.1, and I definitely do NOT like the yellow/orange cross-hair function when dragging to select an area to snag. The lines are too thick and get in the way, especially when capturing small areas of text or an image. Just too clunky! I remember in previous versions that the selector was simply a very small cross-hair that allowed you to drag in-between close lines of text, etc. and really capture only what you wanted. And the magnifier is not the answer - although handy sometimes, it magnifies too small an area and everything is pixelated anyway. Perhaps is there a way for me to get rid of the cartooney crosshair and go back to just a thin black line per the previous versions?

It has been introduced in version 10 and I believe a lot of folks don't like it. Am afraid you have to live with it: they won't change it. That said, I think you did well by skipping a version. As far as screencapturing is concerned, I believe not much has changed between 10 and 11. Brushtool, thinner crosshair, custom zoom steps, a real portable version (.exe), you name it, it did not get thru. Maybe they are more focussed on Camtasia and/or integrating video features.
