Send initial screen capture to clipboard AND the Snag It Editor

I frequently use Snag It throughout the day and sometime annotate my captures before inserting them into documents, emails, presentations, etc.  However, there are many times when I don't need to make any annotations and I just want the screen capture "as is" without any modifications.

It would be great if the initial screen capture was sent to the clipboard AND the Snag It Editor.  This way I can just switch to the destination application (Word, Outlook, etc) and Paste the screen shot into the destination document/email without having to "Finish" the capture in the Snag It Editor first (especially when I didn't need to make any changes/annotation to the original capture).

This would be a real time/click saver!

Hey there,

Have you ever set up any custom profiles? It sounds like you might be able to accomplish the desired workflow, if I'm understanding you correctly. Check out this video: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-snagit-12-save-capture-settings.html

Automatically close Snag It Editor window after the Finish Profile button is clicked.

I frequently use Snag It throughout the day and usually annotate my captures before inserting them into documents, emails, presentations, etc.  It would save me some time if the Snag It Editor window would automatically close after I press the Finish Capture button.  It would declutter my collection of open application windows and save me one additional click for every capture.
