Send Snagit edited images directly to Powerpoint or Keynote

I often use Snagit to prepare Powerpoint/Keynote class lectures. I capture the image and drag it to a Powerpoint slide, and then grab another image and drag it, etc. Then I open another blank Powerpoint slide, and do it all over again with another set of images.

I would like to have the ability within Snagit to select an image or set of images, and press a button to send it to a new powerpoint or keynote slide. After creating the slides, I can then rearrange the images on each slide. The beauty of Snagit, is that I can edit the images within Snagit before incorporating them into Powerpoint. I think this would be a great addition to the product.

Aha! I was not aware of the outputs. Excellent! I don't know how to select more than one Snagit image/file to send to PPT. Is it possible to select several captures to send to PPT?

Powerpoint has a useful "Photo Album" feature that can import images with 1, 2, or 4 images onto a slide in a single powerpoint file.

In SnagIt bulk convert images from library into individual jpeg files and export the individual pictures to a folder.

In Powerpoint, go to Insert, then Photo Album, and select all the images.

If you want each picture on an individual slide, you can choose Picture layout: 1 picture. It will then put each picture on a new slide. You can also choose to have powerpoint put 2 or 4 pictures to a slide as well.

Unfortunately for my small images ppt is resizing them and making them larger, but most of them come out great and its much easier to add them all at once and resize the smaller ones. If anyone knows a solution to have Photo Album not resize them, please let me know.
