Try this.

Open GMail and compose a message. Then position the SnagIt window so it's about a quarter size of your screen. Now from SnagIt, click the image at the bottom of the editor in the Recents tray and drag it from there to the GMail.

That should just drop it right into a GMail message.

Cheers... Rick :)

Hi, Rick and Paul - thanks for the quick responses.

However, I was not looking for a 'workaround'.  That's how I send a capture with SnagIt already.

What I want is to either:

1. be able to *STOP* the 'Share-Mail' action *automatically* sending me to Outlook
or
2. giving me a dropdown list of other mail programs to use when I click on that option.

I know a lot of people and I'd bet $1000 that not a single one of them uses Outlook.

I love SnagIt - I've been using it since 2002 or so.  I loved it then and will continue to buy each and every update, but why does SnagIt force me to use either Outlook or a workaround?
