I cannot seem to produce a video that will upload to Instagram since I upgraded to Camtasia 2018.  Can anyone provide the proper settings I should use?

Create a video with the canvas at 1080 x 1080.  If rendering in Camtasia only, render at about 65%. What I personally do is render in Camtasia at 100%, then rerender in Handbrake, making sure to set at 1080 x 1080 dimensions and I leave the rest of the default settings. The file always seems to be much smaller than what Camtasia renders at and in my opinion excellent quality.  Here is a video I did a few years ago on using Handbrake if you haven't used it before. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMBgapdfNtE

Thank you for the quick response.  I tried Handbrake, but alas no luck.  I've tried MP4 and WMV formats.  The format in Camtasia is 608x608.  I've been able to make this work before.  When I try to upload to Instagram, I see the files, but they are grayed out and I cannot select them.  Any other ideas?

figured it out - I needed to download the file to my local storage on my phone.  I was trying to load the file from my cloud storage....   Duh!!!

ROFL, sometimes it's the simple things we overlook. I've been there, done that. :-)

Hi. Jumping in with another instagram question. I created a little mp4 according to your recommended dimensions & saved it, then loaded to instagram. Problem is it hangs on the first slide. How do you set it to autoplay? I'm using Camtasia 2. I'll upgrade if I have to...
