Sharing to Screencast.com with Snagit 12 requires constant Re-Authentication

I have been using Snagit and Screencast.com for years and with the latest version, I am finding that authentication to the ScreenCast.com service is popping up regularly. I am not quite sure the frequency, but about once a week I get asked to re-supply my authentication credentials

My credentials are not a simple password as I use LastPass to generate long random passwords, so this process always takes a few minutes to track down and copy & paste the password into Snagit.

Can this process be improved?

I have been suffering the same need to re-register. In the past, I only had to do that when something happened to my system or a moved to a new machine.

Why is this happening and when will it be fixed?
