Sorry to hear they are having trouble. If the video plays back inside of a browser (on screencast.com) you should be able to scroll down the page to see if there is a "share" button on the page.

Barring that, they may be able to copy the address in the browser to the video and paste that address into a URL.

If these don't answer you questions, it might be helpful to share with us what application you used to create the video and what device your student is using to view their video on screencast.com.

Hello,

Due to changes in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) that took affect in July we had to add in the age verification in ScreenChomp. The changes in COPPA resulted in us being unable to store children created content without the consistent of a parent or of an intermediary (teacher) like yourself.

If you uninstall ScreenChomp and reinstall it you will be able to start fresh. However, when you uninstall ScreenChomp you will lose all the recordings that have been done which it sounds like will be a problem in this case because you will end up losing the video you want.

We are very sorry for the problems this has caused you and your student. If we can be of further assistance please let us know.

Thanks,
Jeremy
