Shortcut key for share

Everyone have their own setup. Some share more stuff than other. Some use specific one, some many different one. It would be nice to have a list of shared sorted by last used or most used. So you can find the one you use the most on top. So you don't have to dig all the time for the one you like or need more often than other.

On top of that, would be to be able to create custom shortcut key for each one. If I want to share it with oneNote for example, I press a certain key combination. thanks

You CAN do that. In versions 12 & 13 you can go to "Manage presets under the red button (one way of getting to it) Then choose the profile you want and on the right side of it you can assign any unused hotkey combination

Actually I was talking about the editor. Once it's finish edited, to share it with a shortcut key.

There is not a shortcut/hot key but you can save a few steps.

You may know this already, if not, give a try.

Go to the "Manage Presets" and create a new preset.

Turn "Preview in Editor" ON

Chose where to share to.  (In this example I'll share to MS Paint)
Click on the cog wheel and set your naming preference.
"Ask for file name" will be one more step
"Automatic file name" = one less step.  (Click Settings to set your naming
  Save Preset

Now use your new preset to make your capture and it should open up in the editor.
Make your edits/annotations and just click the Green Finish Button.

If you chose the Automatic file name in your preset, your capture should go right to the
share destination  you set. Done Deal !!

Quicker than doing your annotations/edit and then choosing where to share to,
giving your image a name and so forth.

Thanks for this suggestion! We have added this as a feature in Snagit for mac version 2019.1.2. Shortcuts can be configured in Snagit's outputs preferences. Let us know if this fits your needs.
