Silly "Transition halves"

This is in regard to transitions like dissolve and flip, for example. Currently, if you place a transition and delete or move away one of the two clips, the transition stays there as a useless "half." Once you add a new clip or realign so there are two again needing the same transition, you have to eliminate the "half" transition and start again. I suggest that if CS notices a clip is adjacent, it reapplies bridging the effect automatically.

A second issue I note with transitions is that groups must be made before multiple clips can be bridged with a transition effect. Here is my suggestion to avoid this rigamarole: If, say the invoming video is three layers and they ALL START AT THE SAME TIME, CS would know to bridge all three like a group. The beauty is after the transition time, say 1 second of a 2 second transition duration, CS knows to treat all the clips continuing or coming later as they are setup on the timeline.

Hopefully the above makes sense... JK

I second that. I do not want to compute how much time I've thrown away deleting transitions that are no longer relevant, because either one item has been deleted or moved, or a split was done slightly off.
