Simple request - a "note" field in registered product key page

I manage about a couple dozen license of Camtasia Studio and or SnagIt for our school.

We have a single admin account(email) set up to register all the original keys and upgrades through maintenance.

Would it be possible to add a "Notes" box to each product key?
My thought is that it will help me identify the key is for John Doe or Bill Smith, Becky Jones, etc.
It would also be nice if that key showed the upgrade path in some way through maintenance.
example: 2017 key# became 2018 key# which became 2019 Key#...
Lastly; half our SnagIt keys are purchase through the Camtasia Studio, it would be nice if those keys somehow showed this.

Just a feature thought.
Thanks

Sounds like a job for Excel!
Track Camtasia, Snagit, Windows v?, other s/w, date purchased, date installed,  .  .  .
I know this is your 1st entry on this community's page, but it is also wise to keep previous versions and licences handy as they can at times save the day.

I'll second Ed's suggestion; best to accumulate all apps and keys and the who has them IDs, in a single location; like in an Excel spreadsheet, in a simple text document, or, my favorite, in a simple MS Access DB file
