Snag-it Feature Request: Bring back printer settings

In ver13 you removed the ability to set quite a few settings for printing to the snag-it printer, including default file type, setting the compression and transparency, and bypassing previewing the file in Editor.

We use these features all the time and were disappointed to see them removed.  We hope you will consider re-adding these features in a future release.

This is also very important for me. I need to install an older snagit to have this feature. I won't upgrade again if this feature will not be available in the future.

TS only removes features if they feel they are underutilized or not useful to its user base. Some folks don't like that because they use these features.  Unfortunately, once removed it's unlikely, or at least a big uphill battle, for these features to return.  Staying with an old version is perfectly acceptable.  I have V11, 12 and 13 installed on my machine but I seem to keep going back to V11 as my favorite.  Call me an  old fuddy duddy but I know what I like.

Hi and thanks for submitting your idea!

As outlined in our New Community Processes post, feature requests are open to voting up through the 1st of the month (this month is slightly different, due to the holidays) where we will then tally the votes and present the findings to our product teams. To ensure we have the most accurate data, on the 1st of the month we will be locking the threads that were listed in the Feature Request Round-up that was posted on the 15th. Once we have reviewed the submitted feature requests, our product team(s) may respond to the request, and if that is the case then that thread will then be unlocked for further discussion.

In the event that your idea is not selected for a response feel free to resubmit the idea and share it with your colleagues to garner as much exposure as possible!

Thank you again for your idea and we look forward to hearing more from you!

-Robert
