Snag It for Mac (v1.0.4): "Resize Image ..." should have a keyboard shortcut associated with it. I use that function a lot, and always going to "Edit" is annoying. Thank you.

For mac: effect to quick resizing.

For Mac : please add a effect for quick resizing to predefined width in pixels or ratio in %. The menu Edit > Resize image is too boring to use (in addition without shortcut).

Keyboard shortcut for Resize needed on Mac (Suggest Shift-Command-R).

Please add Shift-Command-R as a shortcut for Edit->Resize Image in the mac version of Snagit.

(One of the great reasons to use Snagit over other free tools is its ability to shrink the image before it's copy/pasted into the target, saving space and bandwidth!)

Could we have an Edit/ Resize Image hot key in the next Mac version of Snagit?.

I use Snagit dozens of times a day. A hot key to resize images would be wonderful.

Thank you. :-)

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for this feedback.

I just wanted to let you know there is a work-around for the lack of a shortcut in the application; you can manually create this shortcut in Mac OS.

Here's a short video which shows how to accomplish this:

We've added a hotkey for resize image in our latest release (2.2.0).

The hotkey is Command + Shift + R.  Thanks!
