Snagit Print Screen could save Every USER TIME if it were ALL in ONE Print Screen
Instead of 3 separate screens
When at 1st screen IF you could see WYSIWYG as a Print you could JUST Print
However, if you are NOT sure WHAT is going to Print
AND if it IS going to Print Portrait and You NEED Landscape, alas
You have to go to Screen 2, but nope you have to go to Page 3
JUST to change from Portrait to Landscape

Set everything like you want it for portrait and click the "save capture settings as a new preset from current settings" and name it like "portrait print"

Then set everything like you want it for landscape and click the "save capture settings as a new preset from current settings" and name it "landscape print"

Then you know whatever you want by which preset you select.

your capture solves NOTHING. I'm talking about every and any snagit TO Print
Why should NOT, the moment I click PRINT on snagit top tabs
BE ABLE to SEE how THIS snagit will Print
And then IF i want to change protrait/Landscape OR margins
I MUST NOW GO TO A THIRD PAGE
When IF Snagit had ONE Print Page EVERYTHING WOULD BE RIGHT THERE

Blogs, Blogs, Blogs
NO respondent can every directly answer a post but must be I KNOW BETTER

BYE, ALL OF YOU HERE HAVE FUN

It would appear as intuitive as TechSmith is
IF they COULD put it on ONE screen they would have

What if you had to go to multiple Excel Worksheets to merely PRINT
What is Professional EA's & CPA's had to go to multiple sheets
just to input a w-2, a 1099
but then they have found how to be very one page user friendly

NOT one here has looked at, understood an directly said WHY it CAN'T BE

I merely posted a suggestion IN THE WRONG PLACE :( a BLOG :(

The Adobe window seems to provide everything  you're requesting in your screen shot.

1. The ability to see Orientation settings.
2. The opportunity see the Print Mode.
3.The ability to change Print mode from the same page.

Does it actually matter how you  get there?

BUT that is NOT to ability to USE Snagit's Print all in on screen

Its more like taking data from a W-2 all 20 boxes and having to open a new screen to input each separate amount; 1-wage, 2-Fed tx w/h, 3-ss wages, 4-ss tax et al

Snagit
1-Printer Properties, nothing else-not even see how it will print
must go from here to Page Setup for not 1 but 2 more screens
2-Layout- for Image Scale Options & Image Position options
but even here not orientation that in on a 3rd screen
3-Paper

paper for Orientation & margins

And if ALL that was needed was to know what orientation was going to print one has to go through screen 2 to 3 just to change it

All of this; Printer Properties, the WYSIWYG screen, Layout-Scale & Position
and Paper-Orientation & Margins
What IF all of this was on screen ONE how much more User-Friendly

cpahco I understand that you are frustrated, but the communication from you hasn't been very clear. I note your first post here was unanswered.

I'm hoping that you take what I'm about to say in the spirit which it's intended. I'm simply trying to be helpful as are most of the folks that participate here.

You posted four months ago with a title of: ONE PAGE PRINT SCREEN

First off, note the use of all caps. In internet speak, that is typically interpreted as screaming. So for the future, note that if you use mixed case, your typed words don't come across so harsh.

Now I'm not saying that your post was ignored because your title was screaming, but there really wasn't much context to work with. The body read:

PLEASE MAKE PRINTING A "ONE-PAGE" OPERATION

I made a One-Page Print (screen) with Sagnit SIMPLE

JUST Take Orientation & Margins From PAGE 2
AND insert them between Image Scale Options & Preview on PAGE 1

You are saying you made a One-Page Print? This is confusing because we aren't sure what exactly you are referring to. The way it reads tells me that you believe you captured the screen and it was simple. But what isn't clear is whether you are attempting to capture more than one screen and somehow combine them into a single image or whether you are printing what you captured and it isn't neatly fitting on a single page after it prints. I suspect part of the issue is also that you are referring to pages and not dialog screens.

What would have been very helpful here is if you could have used SnagIt to capture the dialog(s) you were talking about and shared that or those image(s). Then it would have been a lot clearer you were referring to trying to print to a printer from the SnagIt editor.

The bottom line here is that you seem to be wanting to make a suggestion, but you aren't seeing many helpful or positive replies because you appear to be frustrated and seem to just want to yell at anyone offering any suggestions or whatever. I might suggest a calmer and more understanding tone might cause folks to pay more attention to things if you want to be heard.

As I said earlier, I'm only offering this in an effort to help you with future things. Although I suppose I may end up getting yelled at again for what I've said.

I sincerely do wish you the best with whatever tool you choose to use. Rick :)

IF you setup your preset defaults you can do anything you can imagine with ONE CLICK.

I do not know of any more simple way to say it.

You are taking some so simple and making it so complicated.

Over and out - I'm done trying.
