SnagIt 2020 - Combine to create video - RESIZE?

Is there a way to resize the video output to the image sizes?  I'm trying to combine 2 logos at 200px x 200px to create a GIF for my email signature.  The default size is 1504px x 846px.  When I say to save as smaller if still leaves the blank areas around the logo and make the logo smaller.

Copy (Ctl-C) the "big" one and paste it into Power Point or Excel or Word or Publisher. Size as you wish and either copy-paste it to wherever, or re-snag at the smaller size.

I have the logos in the correct sizes (200 x 200) and they are also correct in SnagIt.  But when I select to "Create Video from Images" there is a default size in SnagIt 2020 for recording combined images of 1,504 x 846 and I can't find a setting to change that.  I just want it recorded without the filling area around my logos to a size I don't need or want.

Theres literally nothing you can set.

I don’t use this feature and I forgot just how poorly its designed.

Unfortunately, when you create videos from images. Video size is based on canvas size. Which is tied directly to your monitors resolution. Image size, Aspect ratios, etc.is a 3rd factor.

My 1920 x 1080 monitor creates a 1408 x 792 canvas area. My 6000 x 4000-pixel image is rescaled down to 900 x 600 pixels in the image below. The re-scaling is less than Ideal.

If I take SnagIt over to my 2560 x 1440 monitor. The same image is scaled to 1500 x 1000 pixels.

None of this is ideal or worthy of the original imagery.

Smaller images are lost in an over scaled background as you are encountering.
