SnagIt 2020: Template Library not found?

I finally just upgraded from SnagIt (old) to the latest version (2020).  There is a new feature in the Editor for creating Images/Videos from Templates.  The last sections on the 'Quick How-To' image provided has a website to find more styles and layouts,   www.library.techsmith.com/snagit.  This does not seem to exist.  I have now tried both insecure (http) and secure (https) using Chrome, Edge and Firefox, all with the same result.

Thanks, I did not even see that link on the window before.  Seems the URL is correct but missing some query parameters.

Your both right the Link didn't work for me either. It's pointing to a specific place that makes no sense to me.
The link I supplied is the logon page.

Cheers.

I recall that years ago SnagIt had a version that allowed hotspots to be created on your image and links could be made from those hotspots to wherever you wanted to link to.

If memory serves, that disappeared along with the Flash SWF output. Because Flash SWF files were used to accomplish that task.

But that feature sure would have been handy here, no?

For me, the link actually works if I omit the www. and simply type: library.techsmith.com/snagit

Looks like TechSmith should amend that SNAG file so that doesn't appear in the text.

Cheers... Rick :)

Rick caught the mistake. There’s an extra www in the link. I’ll see if we can get this fixed. Sorry for the trouble.
