Snagit 3.3.5 (older version)

I have a older version of Snagit (Snagit 3.3.5) that it is not running anymore properly. I have a MacOS Sierra. 
Any suggestion? Tech Support suggested me to remove all com.techsmith.snagit.plist but (I am sure it is my fault) with no success

Hey Fabrizio, sorry for the trouble with Snagit. Snagit version 3.3.7 should be available if you choose the "Snagit->Check for Updates" menu. If Snagit won't launch at all you can download that version here: 

https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions

Let me know if that helps and we can go from there.

Thanks Jason for the I installed version 3.3.7 but it is asking me the software key. I bought it from the Apple Store So I have not stored any software key. I try to have it form tech support (I have the screenshot of Apple store to demonstrate I bought it in 2014)

Oh ok, yes the Mac App Store purchases do not have a traditional software key. Out of curiosity, if you sign in and start a trial period, does the problem you were seeing to begin with go away?
