SnagIt Captures My Image Correctly, But Only Copies a Portion Of It

Chrome 62

I have a list of 200 items that I was able to finally get the scrolling capture to work for (wouldn't work most of the time - not sure why).  So, the Editor shows that I have the entire capture, but when I paste into Outlook, it only gives me a portion of it versus pasting the entire image.  Help, please.

What version of Snagit are you using? In the editor have you tried using the copy all button  (or CONTROL A CONTROL C)? That should get the entire graphic
As a test, try pasting it in PAINT or some other graphics program If it is successful there, you may be looking at an outlook issue
If you have not been using copy all, try that and see what you get in Outlook

Using the COPY ALL button is the only way I know how.  Actually, I "mistakenly" figured out that the image is automatically copied when I capture it.  I used to capture, then use COPY ALL in the Editor to paste into whatever.  I realized the other day that I can simply go from capture to paste.  Regardless, I'm using the latest I believe - 2018.0.1 (64-Bit) Build 694.

For your requested test, it pasted into Paint just fine.  So, I restarted my Outlook to try again...still only pasting a third of the image.

Thank you for your help with this.

(you aren't going to like this but ...) Save it as a graphic THEN copy paste it into outlook If that is bad try adding the graphic through the menu

I agree in advance you shouldn't have to do it but you are narrowing it down as to whether snagit is doing it, snagit as saving a bad graphic (never heard of it doing that but go there anyway) or if it is just an outlook problem

I don't use outlook so I can't help any further . THere may be people here that have run into it or  try searching Microsoft for it it it indeed narrows down to that

Thanks very much, Rick.

So, I tried that and saved the capture as a .jpg.  I then inserted the graphic into an Outlook email window...no luck!  I would have thought for sure that that would have worked.  It looks to indeed be an Outlook issue.
