Snagit could not finalize your video capture

Hello,

The error: "The videoURL for the MOV file is inavlid. Please retry your video capture"

The snagit folder permission :drwxr-xr-x@  3    102 Oct 21 18:27 snagit/

Snagit 3.3.5 - Mac App Store.

Please, can you fix it quick ? I loose one hour of important work.

Very disappointed by this feature. I am expected there is a real service to customer for a paid product with snagit.

I am not a Mac user but have you tried contacting TechSmith Support for help on this issue? If not, I would suggest contacting them to see what they have to say or if it is something they can help fix. The weblink with the information is below:

Eliana there has been no response to this from other users if they did contact TechSmith Support as to what the solution may be. I would suggest if you are having this same issue to contact support and see what they have to say. I am not a Mac User so cannot do any testing for the Mac and support may be able to help you with this issue. thanks for posting and have a great day/night.

How do you do that? I mean, how do you reach their Support team?
When I tried to reach anything related to Support, there wasn't an email or contact form... All they've done is point me here or their Twitter. (Twitter, really?) I just think it's odd and reason I'm going to end up asking for a refund. It's  not cool to pay for a product and only be able to user half of what it promises to deliver.
