snagit developers should keep an eye on the competition

Hello, I have been a faithful user of snagit since its early days.
First on Windows and for the past 7 years on MAC.
I use snagit daily to annotate regional screen captures usually to give explanations, mostly technical.
I recently serendipitously discovered a small free app in the App Store called Shotbox, and it is quite impressive.
I don't know how the most interesting feature is called (perhaps intelligent image annotations): I IMPERFECTLY draw the annotations by hand on the image with the trackpad, and presto, the app converts them into proper annotations: a straight arrow, box, ellipse, etc
I know that snagit has many many many more features.
The issue is that 90+% of what I do, and perhaps what most snagit users do, is more effectively / quickly handled by shotbox, ie capture region  ➜  annotate by hand  ➜  app converts into proper annotations  ➜  Cmd-C to copy the image which I paste into a text or email.
The conversion process from hand drawings to proper annotations is instantaneous and the whole process is much faster than with snagit where I have to pick each tool (arrow, box, circle, ellipse) one by one. Text annotations are similar with all apps.
I have absolutely strictly nothing to do with that app or its developer. He could be from mars as far as I know.
In addition, I know that other screen capture apps have the same features, for example the screen capture which is built into Better Touch Tool which I also use.
I hope that you will interpret this comment as constructive, from a faithful user, and I am posting this comment because the snagit support team has always posted very helpful, honest  and intelligent replies to my questions.
