Snagit experienced a problem while processing pending captures. Do you want to delete the damaged or corrupt capture or try again?

Hi,

Are you seeing this every time or was it just once? Did the try again option work for you?

Hi,

I would open a ticket with Tech Support so they can look into what's happening and hopefully fix it for

Yep, I'm having the same issue. Just right now... so frustrating.  Everything was working fine too.  Tried installing and re-installing.  Ticket submitted, hopefully there a fix soon... not useable right now.  Going back to the old OSX shft+cmd+4 screen for now...

Same for me. Unusable software at the moment. No amount of deleting files or re-installing will solve this problem. Have submitted many, many crash reports.

Hi,

What version of Snagit do you have? Have you opened a ticket with our Tech Support?

Problem fixed by deleting all com.techsmith.* preference files from ~/Library/Preferences/ Thanks to TechSmith support for helping me figure it out.

Alas, the problem has returned, and deleting preference files no longer works.

I deleted 3400+ .snagproj files from my drive, and this seems to have cleared it up.
