Snagit (for Mac) Unable to Capture Images of Snagit Windows -- Bah Humbug!

My primary routine use for Snagit is to record the update trails for my MacBook Pros.  To do that I make a Snagit Capture of the window which shows which update is available and then another capture after successful installation of the update, to show that it had been installed.  I file these in folders, one folder per update.  The folder names are of the general form  YYYY_MMDD_Product_Update_Version_Number_AVAILABLE   and then YYYY_MMDD_Product_Update_Version_Number_INSTALLED.

This system provides an easy audit trail for me to see just what I've done.  If it is an unusual type update I might also include Snagit Capture of some intermediate screens.

This works very nicely on probably everything EXCEPT for Snagit, and presumably other TechSmith Updates.

Please add a capability to SnagIt to capture images of TechSmith Windows, and especially of SnagIt Update Windows.

Of course, I use SnagIt for its more typical purposes too, but I don't need to do that nearly as often.

If you uncheck "Hide Snagit when capturing", so should be able to capture the update window.
