Snagit Library in OneDrive (sync issue sdf file)

After a couple of crashes my strategy at all is to store as much as I can in cloud.
The Snagit Library is key here as well.

In general I am able to point the location of the libaray to a folder who is in sync with my OneDrive. But the sdf-file stops the sync or produce an issue and can't be synced while Snagit Editor runs (which is in my autostart).

As soon as I stop Snagit the file will be synced.

Is the sdf neccessary?
Do oyu have any idea how to solve that issue?

Many thanks Frank

I too would like to see this issue resolved. It is a real pain!
I found a link which explains how to block syncing of certain file types in OneDrive. If you add an extension (no periods or wilcard symbols) it should overcome the problem as a workaround.
The link is: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/block-file-types Unfortunately the link applies (I think) to an earlier version of OneDrive since the screen grabs look very different to what I see when I attempt the operation. I have sent an email to OneDrive support and hopefully they can shed some light on this..

I have the same problem. And preferrably I would like the snagit library to be synced in OneDrive.

Agree.  My OneDrive is constantly giving me a red warning since the SDF file is locked.  It might be as simple as SnagIt closing the file after each change and opening it again as soon as there is a change to make.
