Snagit not working for windows, anymore?

Snagit not working for windows, anymore?

I have been using snagit for 2 years now... never had any problem, so first of all: tahnk you!

Yesterday, I couldn't launch the recording. Rebooted my computer: same, could enter in snagit, select the screen part I want to record... when I hit the record button an error appears (the message is just: "we are sending the error information to Windows").

Tried again today, same problem. Uninstalled copletely Snagit, reinstalled, put my license key, tried again... exactly the same result: no way to start the recording, same error message.

Is it a general bug other people are facing? (just to know if I should wait for an update or a correction, or look into my own computer for the resolution to the problem).
Just a precision: could record a video with Movavi Screen Capture Studio a few minutes ago wuithout facing any problem. I prefer Snagit though : - (

Just tried a video capture and didn't have any problems.
In order to help you better, I'd suggest posting your O/S & Snagit information/version.
Make sure Windows is fully updated as well.
