SnagIt on Windows Server 2016

I need to capture screen shots of a software installation process on Windows Server 2016 Standard.

Normally I would take my chances and install SnagIt, but we have had many issues with this version of Windows Server, hence I'm reluctant to take any chances.

Has anyone got SnagIt working successfully in this environment, or any suggestions on how to obtain screen shots here?

Hi George;

We don't officially support Windows Server 2016 yet and if you're seeing some oddities on the server I would recommend installing Snagit on a standard Windows desktop then use RDP ( if possible) or similar remote access tool to access the server and take a capture using the local machine's install of Snagit.

Hi Robert;

I had a sneaky feeling that might be the only solution.

I can only wish your developers the very best of luck in tackling Server 2016.  It's not been a happy experience for us so far.
