Snagit output to Word 2016 not working.

When I try to install the Word Output from your website I get this error message: "Unable to install accessory". I'm using a new computer with Windows 10 and a stand-alone Version of office 2016 and SnagIt 13.1.0. I had no problem with the older versions of SnagIt. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I have not had the same happen to me as of yet.

You said you had the stand alone version and that is what I also have on Windows 10 using the latest SnagIt 13 Version. Can you provide more information on how you installed it and if you downloaded it from this site below from TechSmith or not ? Thanks and the link for the download is below:

I do know others have had issues with some of the Outputs on this page working also. Facebook and some of the others but I have not really tried all of them to be honest.

So with that being said give it a try and if it does not work then you may want to consider contacting TechSmith Support and asking them if there is an issue they know about or not of why this is happening. This service is free and the information for that is below:

Hello Fred,
thanks for your quick answer. Yes, I used the link for the download that you posted. Doesn't work. I installed Office 2016 via an iso-file - as I have done on my old computer, whrere everything was working fine (with SnagIt 11...).

 with your new update I could simply install the Word output accessory and it's working fine :-)
