When I try to do screen cap with Panorama mode,it only caps first part of the screen as you can see on video.
The mode works okay on my desktop PC but not on this laptop.
What is the problem?

Looks like you started a Panoramic capture.
Yet, your cursor moves into the center of the capture area only.
You didn't actually scroll the document.
It can only capture what appears on screen. You have to scroll the page while capturing.

The image isn't scrolling while capturing.

Are you saying SnagIt is locking the scrolling  and you cannot scroll the capture area?

You don't have to, I just saw it.It happened so fast I didn't see any actual scrolling.Sorry about that. I saw some rectangular boxes change color this time.

My initial guess is you may need to update your graphics card drivers.
I haven't  ran into this myself.

I noticed that the screen is a spreadsheet within Excel Online and it is in 'Split' view mode. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? Have you tried scrolling using the 'Scroll' bar?
