Snagit screen capture issue after macOS Catalina upgrade

Hello Snagit Team. Resulting from the upgrade to macOS Catalina, I was facing  an issue with my Snagit v4.1.10 when trying to capture the screen. I came to this page, I found the same issue described, I applied the bug fixing procedure recommended and it solved my issue. Thanks a lot ! Snagit is essential to my daily work and I cannot survive without it  :o)

Seems that TechSmith doesn't take time to read our concerns here!  You'd think they would fix the bug and give us an update with the fix.

I am using snagit v2 they say they no longer support this product.

Yes what is the bug fix please? I am lost without Snag It in my work!
