Scrolling window capture doesn't work with Firefox 56.0 Only shows full screen capture
Settings set to Image / Scrolling Window.
Works with Chrome, but not in Firefox, which we use all day for development.

I can confirm this also on Windows 7 Firefox 56.0 (64bit)

The panoramic scrolling still works fine though which I like using instead anyways.

So I have run into this issue plus many others back in version 12.  I was hoping that the issue would have been rectified with version 13 but that's not the case.  I can get it to work in google chrome more often and consistent than IE and Fox.  Which sucks since IE is my default browser.

This is an issue we are tracking. Here is a support article about Firefox 56

It works, sort of. After using the Panorama mode, processing the capture of a long window takes a long time (> 1 minute), then the capture needs to be edited to remove toolbars and other extraneous stuff.

Scrolling capture work arounds do not work with Firefox 57 and Snagit 2018. A fix would be very welcome as changing browsers to perform a scrolling capture is very inefficient.

I'm on Windows 7 ultimate 64bit and Firefox 57.0.2 and the scrolling capture works for me.

And the actual scroll capture has been fine.

Indeed, I just tried, and scrolling seems to be back in business with Firefox 5.0.2. It wasn't with 5.0.1 last week or so.
