Snagit: setting step marker to specific size in pixels

I really like the SnagIt numbered step markers, the 1, 2, 3, etc. in a circle or square which you can place onto an image with a single click to number parts of the image or show the order you perform steps in. However it's a bit of a bother getting the size correct for final display on the printed page.

Is there a way to set the size of the numbered step markers to a specific size (in pixels, millimetres or points)? I know I can click on one then use shift + drag to resize it, but that is doing it by eye and I'd prefer to set an exact size.

Is there also a way to display the size of existing step markers? It would be good to be able to go back through the screenshots I've already applied step markers to and check that they are all the same size.

There is no way to view the size in pixels of a callout or steps marker that I'm aware of.

As an alternative you can size a step marker to taste and then add it to Quick Styles. Then you can select that quick style from the menu and it will retain the size and shape, color, etc.

To add it to quick styles you just make sure it's selected first. Right Click it and chose Add To Quick Styles. It will be added to the drop down menu.

The one drawback is that if you create a lot of them there's no clear cut way of telling them apart from one another in the drop down menu. The Icon's all look pretty much the same for identical shapes. If the quick style was created using a different color you can see that.
